We will conduct a thorough review of your:
- Dental condition
- Medical history and related implications
- Dental restorative history
- An exam for:
- TMD (jaw joint disfunction)
- Periodontal condition
- Intraoral hard and soft tissues including an oral cancer exam
Assessment
We will assess and address the need for:
- Radiographs (X-rays)
- Diagnostic models and photographs
- Your treatment goals
- Necessary treatment
